Adler Wings

All headjoints feature a gold riser, which adds color and nuance by using a denser metal for the most critical part, directly where the sound originates. Custom Adler Wings provide focus, clarity, and greater control of dynamics.

Classic and Vortex Cuts

All models are available in two different styles of headjoint cut. The McKenna Classic cut features warmth, richness, and a traditional balance of orchestral colors. The McKenna Vortex cut bestows immediate power and response, very resonant with a strong and stable core.

M925 Series

Silver tube and 14K gold riser, with options for either wood, silver, or 14K gold lip plates.

M95/5 Series

95% silver and 5% platinum tube, paired with 14K gold risers. Lip plates available in both silver and 14K gold. This metal combination brings out a rich, mellow color with good projection. The alloy is responsive, lively and animated with a bit more spin and brilliance. The tone is richer in upper partials.

M85/15 Series

85% silver and 15% gold tube, paired with 14K gold risers. Lip plates are available in both silver and 14K gold. This alloy introduces more color and silkiness - - the warmth of gold blended with the textures of silver.

M Series Premier in Rose Gold

The M Series Premier headjoint is crafted entirely of 14K rose gold, with more depth, resistance, core and density.

The use of Gold in the riser or lip plate moves the tone toward the spectrum of a Gold headjoint.
